Natalie Driesnack
Conception and Show Direction, Project Management and Promotional Campaign Planning
Natalie holds a degree in event management (CCI) and is a lecturer in event management and marketing communications. Her theoretical expertise in event management and promotion has been put to the test in practice, and she uses it not only to the benefit of our clients, but also to the benefit of our apprentices. As managing partner, her main areas of responsibility comprise project implementation, detailed elaboration of workflows, staffing and targeted communication between our internal crews and those of our partners. Her many areas of expertise include promotional campaign planning, film production, direct marketing and live communication. As executive producer, she is responsible for format:c media productions. In addition, she is creative coordinator and show director for our exceptional international concepts.
Tobias Weber
Stage Production, Conception and Stage Identity Creation
Tobias holds a Master’s in theater, film and television science, as well as German literature and philosophy. The managing partner of format:c creates a convincing and believable stage identity for our clients. When it comes to producing and directing, whether on stage or in front of the camera, Tobias stands out thanks to his enthusiasm and know-how. Already during his studies at the University of Cologne and the University of Stirling in Scotland, Tobias gathered extensive experience in international events as a multilingual presenter of live shows, as a DJ with the right touch for every mood, and as an actor in direct contact with the target group. With his refined sense of dramaturgy, he is the creative source of ideas in our team. His work is characterized both by his high standards of artistic quality and a large dose of pragmatic grounding. His extensive network of contacts, including artists, creatives and institutions, serves not only to have continuous dialogue on contemporary art and communications, but also gives rise to new forms of artistic cooperation again and again.


Silvio Passadakis
Project Management and Marketing, Conception and Evaluation
In the person of the marketing strategist and producer Silvio Passadakis, our team includes a marketing expert with international experience as project director. His treasure of useful experience for the exciting projects with our clients includes the coordination of extensive promotional campaigns, head of tours and road shows, and all sorts of activities in production management. With careful attention to detail, Silvio designs effective production flows that are sure to bring success, and he oversees the work of the hand-picked creative partners from our network “Die Besten”. A football scout and game analyst who studied sports science, Silvio also provides format:c inspiration thanks to his pedagogical expertise and his interactive network of contacts in the field of high-performance international sport.
Martin Koddenberg
Author and Researcher, Storyboards and Ideas
As co-founder of format:c, Martin brings a fascinating feel for words and images to our team. In 2010, he completed a Master’s in Film Studies at University College London. From 2007 to 2013, he worked in London as a freelance (video-)journalist and researcher for, among others, BBC Factual, WDR Funkhaus Europa and RTL Studio London, as well as for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. In addition, Martin did numerous corporate projects: among others, TED Talks in Berlin, and films for Universal/Geffen, Henkel and Singha beer. On behalf of format:c, he wrote and directed exciting film projects for Goodyear and Jaguar Land Rover, brought the artistic promotional trailer for the Cologne Theater Night to the big screen, and produced more than 30 promotional and short documentary films for the German Foreign Office and the Goethe Institute. Since 2013, Martin has been working with proven industry experts to do innovative promotional films, cross-media film projects and in-depth documentaries in Berlin. His work for the fernsehbüro Berlin and berlin producers can be seen in prime time in national and international TV-programming on ARTE, 3SAT, ORF, RTL, KABEL1, WDR and the BBC.


Karla Weihe
Third year student in Marketing Communications
Before deciding to work in PR, Karla already completed training as a technical design assistant in media and communications. She thus brings extensive know-how in both creative graphics and video to the team. Karla is a major contributor, in particular, to our social media projects. In addition, she worked as a consultant in retail, gathering valuable experience in dealing with customers. Thanks to the outstanding English language skills that she acquired during a long stay in Australia, she is optimally positioned to contribute to our international projects.
Florian Ehrlenbruch
First year student in Marketing Communications
Florian is our latest addition to the format: c-Team and a real local as he grew up not far away of our office in Sülz! During and after getting his advanced technical certificate, he was able to gain insights into the world of marketing through his work in the field of advertising for the Cologne event and gastronomy scene. So he decided to start the studies in Marketing Communications. He is an ambitious tennis player and is enthusiastic about e-sports. Furthermore he is involved in various social projects in and around Cologne.

As a student doing a BA in Digital Marketing and Social Media, Jascha helps us to conceive and meet digital challenges. His main areas of responsibility include our agency’s website and its increasing social media presence. Even before working for format:c, he developed numerous concepts for a variety of clients as a freelance personal branding consultant. When it comes to strengthening the authentic marketing of our agency, Jascha stands out thanks to his great wealth of ideas and their precise, targeted implementation. The constantly growing theoretical expertise that he is acquiring in his studies combined with the knowledge that he has already put to the test in practice help to ensure a sustainable presence for the agency on our digital platforms. Jascha also extensively brings these skills to bear in our projects.

Natalie is a student doing a combined BA in Media Studies and Philosophy at the University of Cologne. After graduating from high school, a year working as a nanny in Greenville, North Carolina, had a decisive impact on the quality of her English language skills. Her first jobs in the event planning led her to the Film Festival Cologne, the TV and film festival with the largest attendance in the world. She was actively involved in the festival as coordinator of the admissions process, in maintaining the guest list and as press contact, and she brings this experience to format:c. As a volunteer at Viva con Agua, Natalie is helping to make potable water freely accessible all around the world and, at the same time, is increasing her knowledge in the field of live marketing.
